The culture is out to capture our kids. It’s an uphill battle, but through deep relationships and love well-expressed, parents and youth workers can equip their children with solid defenses to help them stand firm. This seminar series is designed to help you build more intimate relationships and win the hearts of the young people in your life.

Disc 1: The Crisis of Disconnection
Josh presents the problem of the disconnected generation and explains how a lack of intimate relationships has left young people ill-equipped to face the challenges of their culture.

Disc 2- Track 1: How to bridge the relational gap, part I (40 mins)
Josh shares the central theme of Project 911 – Rules without relationships lead to rebellion. He challenges parents and youth workers to present rules in the context of a loving relationship by using six relational connecting points. Here Josh introduces the first four connecting points: affirmation, acceptance, appreciation and availability.

Disc 2- Track 2: How to bridge the relational gap, part II (30 mins)
After rounding off the six ‘A’s with affection and accountability, Josh shares some of his own experiences as a parent that show there is hope for anyone.
