1) Mode of order : online or through the use of a form
2) Items and quantity ordered
3) under which name and email address used for the order

This evening I received in my mailbox a note regarding the Exclusive Collector’s Edition. I logged into the website and already the 200 copies are gone. Instead of snail mail, perhaps email would be more effective and also limit the quantity purchase for each SCCC donors.
